Philosophy
Ms. Briner believes that the key to maximizing results in any case is to identify the client’s desired outcomes at the outset of the representation, and then to define a strategy to accomplish those goals. While this is a deceptively simple principle, it is a crucial one in family law cases where emotions can run high. Clients will rely on their attorney to remain focused, prepared and confident. Whether the matter involves complex property issues or the best interest of a child, there is no substitute for expertise in your field, a command of the facts, and preparation.

Not every family law case should be taken to trial. Mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods are indispensable tools to resolving family law matters. In many cases, clients will never need to take advantage of the fact that Ms. Briner has tried over 100 cases to verdict, but clients can find comfort in knowing that Ms. Briner has extensive trial skills should they need it.
